哈萨克族高血压患者知晓率、治疗率、控制率调查分析

为分析哈萨克族高血压患者知晓率、治疗率、控制率,采用分层整群抽样对沙湾地区西戈壁镇和牛圈子牧场哈萨克族居民进行高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率的调查,统计处理采用χ2检验。结果表明:沙湾地区25岁以上哈萨克族居民高血压标化患病率为40.2%;高血压患者知晓率、治疗率及控制率分别为31.4%、31.2%、12.7%;患者13项高血压知识平均知晓率为6.0%,患者对吃盐易患高血压知晓率最高(15.2%),而对高血压会导致糖尿病知晓率最低(0.5%);高血压患者采取非药物措施控制血压比例在5%以下。在哈萨克族聚居区开展高血压综合防治知识的宣传,是提高哈萨克族高血压患者知晓率、治疗率、控制率的有效措施。

Analysis of the Rate of Aweareness,Treatment and Control on Hypertension among Kazakstans Patients

To analyse the rate of awareness,treatment and contorol on hypertension among Kazakstans patients.Kazakstans residents were selected through stratified and cluster sampling in Shawan area and interviewed with a questionaire about the rate of awareness,treatment and control of hypertension.The data were processed through Chi-square test.The standardized pravalence of Kazakstans hypertension above age of 25 is 40.2%;the rate of awareness,treatment and control rate of patients is 31.4%,31.2%,12.7% respectively.Among the patients the average rate of awareness on 13 items for hypertension knowledge is 6.0%.The rate of awareness on the knowledge that eating much salt is easy to get hypertension is highest(15.2%),the rate of awareness on the knowledge that hypertension leads to diabetes is lowest(0.5%).The rate of using the nonmedical hypertension control is under 5%.Making the comprehensive knowledge of hypertension prevention widely available to Kazakstan residents in Kazakstan area is the effective way to improve the rate of awareness,treatment and control among the Kazakstans.
