| Abstract: | This paper introduces the connotation and the legal features of intellectual property rights,analyzes on the relationship between the literature information digitalization and intellectual property rights protection,expounds the technological protection measures adopted in the course of literature information digitalization,and advances some suggestions on perfecting the system of intellectual property rights protection. |
