蒙皮支撑轴心受压构件静力性能的参数分析

摘    要:利用有限元程序ANSYS对蒙皮支撑的钢构件进行了几何非线性有限元分析,分析结果与实验结果吻合良好,在此基础上对影响蒙皮支撑构件力学性能的主要因素,即蒙皮板的厚度、构件的开口方向及构件的间距等进行了参数分析.结果表明,蒙皮板厚度的增加不仅显著影响构件的承载能力,而且可明显减小蒙皮支撑柱在静力荷载作用下截面的位移和扭转;两种柱截面开口组合方式构件的变形基本一致,但开口相向的构件的承载力较开口相同组合方式的高一些;柱间距很小时,柱间距的变化到达屈服荷载时翼缘水平位移和截面转角有较大变化,但在实际工程应用范围内,柱间距的变化不会对蒙皮支撑柱的性能产生显著影响.

Abstract:By using finite-element software "ANSYS",the finite element analysis of covering-supported steel components was conducted in consideration of the geometric nonlinearity of the components.Its results are in good agreement with those of experiments.On this basis,parametric analysis of such factors as the opening orientation of the components,thickness of the panel,and space between the components,which have influence upon the mechanic performances of such components,was conducted further.It is shown by the result that the increase of thickness of the covering plates can not only effect on the bearing capacity of components remarkably but also decrease likewise the displacement and twist of the cross-section of covering-supported components under the action of static load.The deformation of components with two kinds of combined opening mode of their cross-section is basically identical.However,the bearing capacity of componets with opposite facing openings of the cross-section is a little bit higher than that of components with unidirectional openings of their cross-sections.When the space between the components is fairly small, the variation of the space makes bigger change in herizontal displacement of the flanks of channel column and as well in the twisting angle of the cross-section.There is,however,no remarkable influence on the performance of such components when the component's space changes as in the practice of actual engineering application.
