基于ERP系统的制造业库存分析方法

对目前制造业衡量备件、材料等物资库存周转情况的库存资金周转率和库存资金占用率进行了分析，指出了原有方法的不足．同时引入了物流管理的物资流动曲线图，通过对流入／流出累计曲线的描绘及相关数据的计算，不仅可以准确地求得任意时间段内物资的平均库存金额及库存资金周转率，而且可以反映库存资金周转的动态信息，对制造业信息化，实现备件、材料等物资管理的科学化、规范化有着一定的实践意义。

Stock Analysis Method of Manufacturing Industry Based on ERP System

Analyzed in this paper are the turnover and possession rates of stock fund,which are presently used to judge the stock and turnover situation of the spare parts and materials in manufacturing industry. The disadvantages of traditional methods were pointed out and the goods flowing graph tool of logistics management was also presented. By studying the input/output accumulation curves and calculating the related data,the average stock fund of goods and the turnover rate of stock fund in any period can be exactly obtained,and the dynamic information of stock fund turnover can be well reflected,which will practically contribute to make the manufacturing industry be informationized,and the spare parts and materials management be rationalized and standardized.
