| 摘 要： | 影响工程机械质量的指标众多，对这些指标的评判带有一定的模糊性，无法作出定量的评判，如果单凭经验和主观意愿对机械质量进行评判，很难得到满意结果，因此给评判工作带来一定的难度。运用灰色系统理论可对工程机械的多项质量指标进行归纳和计算，判断机械所属的灰类，从而更合理地评价机械的综合质量。应用此方法，对某单位ZL40装载机进行质量评判，其评判结果与实际较为相符。

| Abstract: | A lot of index indicates the quality of construction machinery can't be judged quantitativelly.It is difficult to obtain satisfying results from experience. In terms of the gray-system theory, the quality requirements of construction machinery were induced and calculated, and the gray type of the machinery was judged. By using the analysis method, the quality of a ZL40 loader was evaluated. Compared to the actual situation, the analyzing result was reasonable. |
