| 摘 要： | 提出了一种非相互独立运输投资项目决策的研究方法，首先对运输投资项目之间的互相独立、相互补充、相互替代和相互补代作用性质进行了分类研究。然后研究了项目之间的相互影响程度及目标值确定，利用有序组合树立了方案集。用群组决策方法确定项目目标值的权重，最后运用模糊数学理论研究了项目优选的模糊数学方法。

| Abstract: | This paper presents an approach of interdependent transportation investment items decision making. First, a classification study is carried on according to different relations among the items.Then the influence degree among the items and the objective values are studied, and the alternative set and the weights of objective values are established. Finally, a fuzzy optimal selection approach is applied to the investment problem. |
