凹形坯料镦粗过程的数值模拟及工艺参数优化

摘    要:在凹形坯料镦粗过程中,当侧表面母线形状选取不当时,在侧表面存在同拉应力,在心部存在切向与径向拉应力,把刚粘塑性有限元法与改进的约束变尺度法相结合,以侧表面母线形状,压下量,初始高径比等为设计变量,对凹形坯料镦粗工艺进行了优化,优化结果表明:改进的约束变尺度法有较好的稳定性和计算效率,是一和中很有前途的优化方法。

Abstract:When the generating line of the concave blanking is made incorrectly,tangential stress of lateral surfuce and two dimensional(tangential and radial) stress of center are all tensile stress.The parameters of concave blanking during upsetting are optimized with the lmwoved Constrained Variable Metric Method (ICVMM), using rigid viscoplastic finite element method as an analysis tool.shape generating line of lateral surface,height reduction and initial ratio of height to radius are all design variables during optimizarion.the optimization results show that the ICVMM has better adaptability and stability to the parameter optimization of forging techology.
