自由曲面的一种逆向工程方法

摘    要:
提出了一种基于双向加权递推模型的自由曲面逆向工程方法。根据这一方法,可由已采集到的自由曲面上一定数量的任意分布型值点来逆向工程出自由曲面。加权双向递推模型的基本思想,型值点影响并决定着其控制区域内的曲面形状,这种影响的大小与到型值点的距离及权指数相关。给出了将区域划分为m×n的矩形网格下沿X、Y方向的加权递推模型,讨论了该方法中网格划分和权指数对逆向工程曲面形状及精度的影响。

Abstract:
In this paper,a reverse engineeing method of free form surfaces is suggested. According to the method, free form surfaces can be reconstucted from arbitrarily distributed dataqpoints with correlation recurrence model by microcomputers. Distribution of the data points effects the surface shape of every position in the control arca,the degree of influense depends on the distance between the data point and the position. The surfacc shape at each position is determined by the sum of influence values. The X axis corralation recurrence and Y axis corralation recurrence models and the weight index affecting fitting precision are pointed out. Then the factors which influence the surface shape and fitting precion are discussed.
