深小孔高速电火花加工技术的研究

摘    要:研究了深小孔高速电火花加工的原理,并进行了实验研究及分析.这种深小孔加工方法,在难切削金属材料的加工中,在生产率、成本、精度和深径比等方面有一定的优势.

Abstract:In this paper, the principle of electric discharge machining technology in machining deep-small hole with high-speed is studied. Some experimental research and analy sis are carried out. This method to machine deep-small holes is of some advantages in machining metal material that is difficult to cut such as high production, low cost, high precision and r atio of depth to diameter, and so on.
