| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the resources environment restrictions faced by Shanxi Province in accelerating the transformation of the development mode of water conservancy,emphasizes that the transformation of the development mode of water conservancy must be guided by the scientific outlook on development,discusses the orientation selection for accelerating the transformation of the development mode of water conservancy,and puts forward some implementation paths for accelerating the transformation of the development mode of Shanxi’s water conservancy. |
