网络环境下艺术院校图书馆员的继续教育

从网络环境对艺术院校图书馆提出的新要求和新挑战,说明图书馆继续教育的重要性、必要性和急迫性,指出网络环境下艺术院校图书馆员继续教育的根本目标是培养符合网络时代要求的馆员,使馆员的素质风貌、知识结构、专业水平、服务精神与当前社会的科技发展水平相适应,不断巩固图书馆员在网络环境下应有的地位,跟上日益发展的网络时代。

Discussion on the Continuous Education for Librarians of Art Colleges under Network Environment

From the new requirements and new challenges put forward by the network environment to the libraries of art colleges,this paper explains the importance,necessity and urgency of library’s continuous education,and points out that the fundamental objective of the continuous education for the librarians of art college libraries is to cultivate the librarians meeting the demand of network times and to make the librarians’ quality style,knowledge structure,professional level and service spirit be geared to demand of current society’s sci-tech development level,and to consolidate continuously librarians’ due position under network environment for keeping up with the development of the network times.
