| 摘 要： | L 藏茴香酮 (Carvone)是太白棱子芹籽挥发油的主要化学成分 .研究了太白棱子芹籽挥发油和L 藏茴香酮对大鼠子宫平滑肌和肠平滑肌的药理作用 .结果表明 ,L 藏茴香酮和太白棱子芹籽挥发油都可以抑制大鼠子宫平滑肌的收缩 ,解除大鼠肠平滑肌的痉挛

| Abstract: | L carvone is the principal constituent of Pleurospermum giraldii Diels seeds volatile oil, and 75.69% of the oil is L carvone.The pharmacology of the oil and L carvone is studied, they can inhibit the atomic contraction of smooth musice of womb and relieve the spasm of smooth of intestine for rats.The principal activity constituent selected from the volatile oil is L carvone. The studies gives the answer to the reason why P. giraldii can cure some disease. |
