摘    要:以东北地区软枣猕猴桃不同外植体进行诱导培养和继代培养,结果发现,以幼茎作为外植体愈伤组织诱导率最高,达到75% .从诱导出的愈伤组织上继续进行分化培养,获得再生植株.

Abstract:This article discribes the induction cultrue and the continual cultrue with different explants of Actinidia arguta in Northeast China, and the result indicates that freqency of induction callus with young stem disk reaches 75%,which is the highest.Continuing the differentiation cultrue with the callus gains the regenerated plant.
