| 摘 要： | 为解决工业管道内气固两相流体的离散相浓度的在线测量问题，研制了一种非接触式电容传感器。通过计算机辅助设计优化电容传感器测量探头的结构，配置高频抗杂散电容的信号检测转换电路，已制成原理样机。静态实验和初步动态实验表明，此传感器性能稳定，满足工业应用要求。

| Abstract: | o solve the problem ot on-line measurement of phase concentration for gaspowder two-phase flow in industrial pipeline, a kind of non-intrusive capacitance transducer has been developed. Capacitance electrodes with optimized structure are designed by CADand by use of the micro-capacitance detective circuit with high frequency which has theability of stray-immune capacitance, and the prototype has been produced. The performance of the transducer shows good steadiness and meets the demand of industrial application by static experiments and preliminary dynamic tests. |
