| 摘 要： | 利用珙桐幼枝侧芽作外植体，以N6培养基为基本培养基，添加N从与6-BA不同质量浓度组合于培养基中，诱导侧芽萌发，形成丛生芽．结果表明：同时使用N从和6-BA时，以NAA2．0mg／L加6-BA1．0mg／L时效果较好．

| Abstract: | Shooting was induced from shoot lateral buds.The experiment was based on N6 medium supplemented with different NAA and 6-BA concentration composition. The results indicate that the RES was 87.5% with NAA 2.0mg/L and 6-BA 1.0mg/L. |
