| 摘 要： | 从篮球运动的发展趋势和篮球规则等方面分析篮球运动中运用接触性对抗的必要性与合法性；从规则上对合理的接触性对抗与侵人犯规加以区分，并就在篮球的3种主要技术(进攻技术、防守技术和抢截篮板球技术)中如何运用身体接触与冲撞作了解释。对在训练与比赛中培养运动员的接触性对抗能力的方法作了简要介绍。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the necessity and validity of the contact rivalry's use in basketball match on the base of the trend of basketball and basketball rules. There is a discussion on the difference between the contact rivalry and the personal foul. However, it explains how to use the three main basketball techniques. In addition, this article have a brief on how to train the athletes' ability of contact rivalry. |
