| 摘 要： | 股份制改造可以给企业带来五方面的利益：一是可以筹集到不需要偿还的长期资金;二是可以形成比较客观的自我评介机制;三是可以提高企业的清偿能力;四是可以提高企业的知名度,五是有利于现代企业制度的塑造。如果一味强调股市融资功能可能对企业形成行为上的误导。

| Abstract: | Stock transformation can benefit the enterprise in five aspects. 1 ) It can raise thelong-term funds which needn't be repaid; 2)It can form the objective system of slef-evaluation; 3) It can enhance the repaying capability of the enterprise;4) It can increase the reputation of the enterprise; 5 ) It is beneficial to the formation of the modern enterprise system. Butit may be misleading to the behaviour of the enterprise if the funding function of the stockmarket is overstrenthened. |
