| Abstract: | Seeing from the principal part of the new village construction, farmers are the main force of constructing the new village. To promote the farmer diathesis, cultivate the new farmer, turn the village human resource to the capital, is a key tache on construction new villages. But cultivating the new farmers can not get away from the village vocational education. |
