| 摘 要： | 企业社会责任具有系统性和整体性、动态性、强制性和非强制性、派生性和从属性等特点。研究企业社会责任在我国社会主义市场经济快速发展的今天,具有重要的意义。落实企业社会责任是企业尤其是外向型企业必须面对的现实,其有利于维护劳工的合法权益,缓解劳资矛盾,促进企业内部的和谐并有利于企业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The corporate social responsibility has characteristics of systemic and integrity, dynamic, mandatory and non-mandatory, derivativeness and subordination, etc. Researching on corporate social responsibility in the current rapid development of the socialist market economy in our country has the vital significance. The implementation of corporate social responsibility is the reality enterprise especially export-oriented enterprises have to faced, it is beneficial to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers, relieve labor conflicts, promote enterprises＂ internal harmony and available for the sustainable development of enterprises. |
