摘    要:界面脱胶或弱胶接是复合材料整体化结构制造过程中出现的主要缺陷形式,对此目前还缺乏成熟的分析手段,从而严重制约了复合材料整体化结构在飞机上的应用。本文首先开展了含界面缺陷/损伤的盒段类T型结构在剪切载荷作用下的失效分析,建立了相应的失效判据和失效分析方法,研究了损伤起始和扩展的过程,以及界面缺陷类型、尺寸对结构性能的影响。最后通过人为制造不同类型和尺寸的界面缺陷试验件的试验,验证了分析方法的有效性。

Abstract:Interface defects (debond) and delamination is the primary menace to the integrated laminate composite structures. Infertile research and lack of reliable analysis method restricts the application of the integrated composite structures to aviation field. Failure criterion and analysis method are introduced in this paper to predict the damage initiation and subsequent failures of T-type structure unit with interface debond or delamination damage under shear loading. And the influence of the shape/size of the interface defects or delamination on the structure behaviour is investigated. In order to verify the analysis method, relevant tests are performed using specimen with the different shape /size artificial interface defects and the test results agree well with corresponding numerical results.
