| 摘 要： | 对ＰＡＳＳＩＭ 卷接机组测试的烟支重量标准偏差与该机组显示标准偏差的误差值，进行回归分析表明：两者误差的极限范围应小于２．０，并满足线性关系，且控制在极限值内。否则，该机组设备状态或产品质量有问题，需分析、解决。从而，得以监控并快速诊断ＰＡＳＳＩＭ 卷接机组设备状态和产品质量。

| Abstract: | After making a comparison between the manual value and the value indicated by machine itself, a regression analysis is carried out, and the result indicates that the limitation of the differential range of the two values should be bleow 2.0 and the values show a linear relation,in addition,the values should be controlled within a range of limitation.Otherwise it means something is wrong with the quality of product,which need to be analyzed and solved.Monitoring and quick diagnosing of the device state of PASSIM cigaretter making and assemling combination and the quality of product are achieved . |
