摘    要:根据建立的导弹贮存维修模型,结合实际应用讨论了导弹系统维修性的优化。根据导弹在储存期间的实际数据和维修性模型对其进行了统计分析。通过应用极大似然估计方法,解决了产品寿命和维修时间分布中未知参数估计的问题。以导弹系统瞬时可用度和稳态平均可用度作为维修策略优化目标,进行了检测周期的优化。对常用的4种情况,给出了在满足可用度条件下的最优检测周期,并通过一些数值例子给予了说明。结果说明模型是满足导弹维修性实际应用的。

Abstract:Based on the maintenance model of missile, the optimization of maintainability for missile system is discussed for its actual storage state. The statistical analysis is given for maintenance of missiles in storage based on some actual data and maintenance model. By using the maximum likelihood estimation method, the unknown parameters in the lifetime and repair time distribution are solved. The inspection durations are optimized under the objective functions, i. e. the instantaneous availability and the limiting average availability. Four common cases which are used often in practice are discussed to give the optimal inspection durations under the availability objective functions, and some numerical examples are presented to illustrate the method. The results show that the maintenance model for storage state is practical in the missile maintenance.
