| 摘 要： | 在植物干样的质量浓度为0．1g／ml的条件下，用生长速率法测定了28种植物样品丙酮提取物对小麦赤霉病病菌(F．graminerum Schw．)、油菜菌核病病菌(S．sclerotiorum)、水稻纹枯病病菌(R．solani Kohn．)、番茄灰霉病病菌(B．cirerea Pets．)和棉花黄萎病病菌(V．dahliae)离体抑菌活性．结果表明，酸模(Rumex acetosa L．)、冬青(Hex chinensis Sims)、菝葜(Smilax china L．)、鹅掌楸(Liriodendron chinense Sarg．)、银杏(Ginkgo biloba L．)、槐树(Sophora japonica L．)等12种植物样品对至少其中1种供试植物病原菌的抑制率在60％以上，表现出较强的抑菌作用，其中菝葜对4种供试病原菌的抑制率均大于60％，活性更为突出．

| Abstract: | The antifungal activities of 28 plant acetone extracts were tested with Fusarium gra-minerum Schw., Sclerotinia sclerotiorum , Rhizoctonia solani Kohn.,Botrytis cirerea Pers. and Verti-cillium dahliae in vitro. The results show that 12 plant extracts(such as R. acetosa L.,Hex chinensis Sims, and L. chinense Sarg., etc. ) have more than 60% inhibting rates against the hypha growth. A-bove all,the extract of Smilax china L. has strong antifungal activities. |
