| 摘 要： | 本文以我国六支甲级足球队运动员和教练员为研究对象，对足球队人际关系与比赛成绩进行了定量、定性分析，结果表明：足球队人际关系结构层次状态的心理距离越密切的球队其比赛成绩相对就优秀，足球队人际关系对比赛成绩有显著影响（Ｐ＜０．０５），其中教练员与运动员之间的关系影响最显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），优化足球队人际关系“环境”对提高比赛成绩有着重要的意义

| Abstract: | This thesis takes the relationship between the players and the coaches in the football team as the research object,the results showed that the structure level state of the relationship in the football team,the closer,the better the competitive performances the relationship in the football team has obvious inflecence on the competitive performances(P<0.05).The relationship between the players and coaches is the most obvious influence(P<0.01),it is a very important to improve relationship in the fooball team. |
