建筑火灾风险评价方法及其软件系统研究

摘    要:建立了适用于4类建筑物的火灾风险评价模型,给出了火灾风险等级的划分方法,并利用层次分析法确定了各评价指标的权重.在评分标准数据库建立的基础上,对建筑火灾风险评价软件系统进行了研究.该软件以V isual Basic为语言平台,以Access为数据存储媒介,采用VB的数据库操作控件功能,对数据进行提取、分类、计算,实现了快速确定火灾风险等级的目的.最后以两个投保的商场为具体案例,对该软件的功能、可行性等进行了验证.经模拟测试,该系统的各模块及模块间的数据传输均能正常实现预期设计功能,运算结果与人工计算结果吻合,表明该软件系统快捷有效.该综合评价方法和软件系统在进一步完善的基础上可广泛应用于国内保险相关行业.

Abstract:A fire risk assessment model applicable to four kinds buildings was established,a method of fire risk ranking was also given,each weight was calculated by AHP method.Based on the database of scoring criteria a software supporting system was designed and developed by virtue of Visual Basic as a language platform,Access as a medium of storing.Selecting,classifying and calculating were realized by using the function of VB database control,achieving the aim of determining fire risk rank quickly.Finally a feasib...
