长期体外反搏对颈动脉硬化及斑块形成的干预

目的：体外反搏能改善血管内皮细胞功能，长期体外反搏是否对动脉硬化及斑块形成产生影响呢？方法：采用彩色超声波检测颈动脉血管壁状态及损伤的程度，观察两组患者，体外反搏治疗组165例，反搏治疗时间1—9年（治疗组）未体外反搏治疗组68例（未治疗组）。结果：反搏组血管壁异常15．2％，斑块形成占11．5％，但反搏治疗2年以上，大于100次，斑块形成占4．2％。未反搏组血管异常为63.2％其中斑块形成占51.5％。体外反搏不仅可以改善各脏器血供；同时长期体外反搏，可以干预动脉硬化和斑块形成

Intervene in Arteriosclerosis and Plaque Formation on Carotid Arteries by Long-term External Counterpulsation

It was improved of vessel endothelial formation through long-term external Counterpulsation （ECP） whether will able of effects to prevent on carotid Arteriosclerosis plaque formation. Methods To observe two groups, treatment group in 165 patients （1-9year） by ECP, another group the without treatment 68 patient and were checked changes in carotid arteries with echo Doppler examination. Results ECP group all patient is abnormal 15.2% and with injury and arteriosclerosis plaque formation wall of carotid arties is 11.5% as 4.2% on patient treated surpass 100h over two years, anther without treatment group is abnormal 63.2 % in wall of carotid arteries and 51.5% of plaque formation.Long-term ECP can improve vessel endothelial and prevented arteriosclerosis and plaque formation in wall carotid arteries
