| 摘 要： | 本文从政治学的维度对明代著名政治家于谦的死因进行了重新解读 ,指出 :一代清官和民族英雄于谦的政治悲剧 ,其根源主要不在奸臣陷害 ,也不是明英宗的的昏庸或残忍 ,而是在英宗复辟成功、皇权转移更替之际 ,皇朝最高统治者为确立其“复辟”的政治合法性 ,为重建因景泰帝继统而遭到破坏的皇统的政治需要之所致。

| Abstract: | From the point of politics, this article gives a new interpretation of the reason of the death of Yu Qian, who is the famous politican and national hero in the Ming Dynasty. It points out that the main cause of his tragedy is not treacherous officials' frame\|up nor the muddleheadedness and cruelty of the Emperor Yinzong. The rulers of the court had chosen Yu Qian as the victim to seek the legality of their restoration. |
