模板阴极电解加工群孔的成形规律

摘    要:采用模板阴极进行电解加工群孔试验,探讨了模板阴极电解加工的成形规律,建立了反映实际加工过程的数学模型,并考虑非线性电解液的影响,利用参数化有限元分析技术对蚀除过程进行模拟和数值求解,最后进行了相应的试验验证.结果显示:仿真蚀除的深度和直径与实际加工的深度和直径相符;采用模板阴极双面电解加工方式可减小孔的锥度和缩短加工时间;模板阴极电解加工方式可低成本、高效率地在金属薄板上加工出群孔结构.

Abstract:In the paper, a novel electrode called mask electrode is advanced to machining micro matrix-hole in electrochemical machining. Passivating electrolyte is taken into account. A mathematical model is presented to illustrate how the machined profile evolves as time elapses. Its numerical analysis and the results of experiment show the actual machining process accords well with mathematical model. The micro matrix-hole structure was efficiently prepared with good accuracy.
