| Abstract: | By considering many free electrons as a whole system in an electrified conductor, and by using the method of independent particle system to suspend velocity distribution of the free electrons, we concluded that velocity distribution of the free electrons in the electrified conductor is still in accordance with the Maxwelrs distribution of velocities law. |
