| 摘 要： | 我们认为经济生活中的企业集群现象和自然界中的生物种群共生进化现象有某种相似之处。借用生物学中的logistic方程．通过对处于集群形成过程中企业产出水平的刻画，动态地描述企业集群现象。分别讨论企业集群现象中卫星式和网状式两种集群模式，并给出两种集群模式达到稳定共生的条件和经济解释。文章的一个主要结论是：集群内部激烈的竞争是企业集群达到稳定共生的关键。

| Abstract: | Some similarities are exhibited between species co exist in nature and enterprise cluster in economic life. In this paper logistic equation, from biology, is applied to describe dynamically the process of industry cluster formation through firm's output variable ratio. Two kinds of cluster model, concentration of subcontractors around dominant firm and concentration of simple competitors, are analyzed respectively. Moreover, equilibrium conditions of the two models are given and explained. The main conclusion is that pierce competition is crucial factor for the formation of enterprise cluster. |
