连续玄武岩纤维衬垫织物复合材料及其拉伸性能

摘    要:在电脑横机上分别编织了连续玄武岩纤维变化纬平针和不同垫纱比的衬垫织物4种预制件.通过真空辅助树脂转移模塑成型(VARTM)技术制成复合材料,测试其纵、横向拉伸性能.结果表明衬垫纱的浮线可以明显提高织物的横向拉伸性能,为玄武岩纤维及纬编增强复合材料的生产设计和应用提供依据.

Abstract:Four kinds of weft knitted fabrics (derived jersey and fleecy structures) were produced with continuous basalt filaments (CBF) on an electronic flat knitting machine. Reinforced weft knitted composites were fabricated by vacuum assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM) process. Tensile properties along the weft and warp directions were tested and analyzed. The results indicate that the float of the fleecy yarn can obviously enhance the 0°- tensile property and this provides a basis for weft knitted composites' design and applications.
