Summary Acrylamide was found to be tissue selective in its toxicity. Doses which were clearly neurotoxic to rats were without effect on hepatic UDP-glucuronyltransferase, total hepatic protein or microsomal protein.Supported by Biomedical Research Support from New Jersey Medical School. |
