实验性肉用雏鸡喹乙醇急性,亚急性中毒的病理形态学研究

６０只３日龄艾维因（Ａｖｉａ）肉用雏鸡随机分为六组，各组按每ｋｇ体重１２０ｍｇ、１８０ｍｇ、２４０ｍｇ、３００ｍｇ、３６０ｍｇ及４２０ｍｇ的剂量给试验鸡一次性灌服１％喹乙醇－２％羧甲基纤维素钠混合液。试验期１周。２天后出现临床症状，第４至５天达到死亡高峰。ＬＤ５０为２８８．４０ｍｇ／ｋｇ。另６０只雏鸡随机分为四组，一组为对照，其余三组分别按每ｋｇ体重１／５ＬＤ５０、１／１０ＬＤ５０、１／２０ＬＤ５０的剂量灌服相同混悬液，每日１次，每周按体重改变剂量，试验期１月。雏鸡喹乙醇急性中毒时的损害为肝淤血、肿大、严重脂变及坏死；胆囊肿大，胆汁充盈；心脏轻度扩张，心肌空泡变性；肾上腺空泡变性及炎症。亚急性中毒时肝缩小变硬，肝细胞坏死溶解，炎症及结缔组织增生；心脏强度扩张，心包积液，心肌纤维严重变性，腹水增加。对其靶器官肝脏做电镜观察，肝细胞胞质内粗面内质网上核糖体脱落，滑面内质网扩张，脂滴增多，线粒体肿胀变圆，严重者，线粒体嵴消失、空泡化

Pathomorphological Studies on Experimental Olaquindox Acute and Subacute Poisoning in Broiler Chickens

Sixty three day Avia broiler chickens are randomly divided into six groups.1% olaquindox suspension diluted with 2% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(SCMC.Rnoch 2100 Na) is directly ingested into the crop of experimental chickens once a time at dosages of 120,180,240,300,360,and 420mg/kg of body weight,respectively for a week.The results reveal that the LD50 of the olaquidox suspension is 288.40mg/kg of body weight.The fourth day after adiministration is mostly dead time.Then,the preparation is administered,according to the above method,to other sixty three day Avia chickens at dosages of 0LD50,1/5LD50,1/10LD50,1/20LD50,respectively,once a day for a month,with variation of dosage according to the body weight everyweek.Pathological lesions of acute poisoning show congestion,swelling,degeneration and necrosis of the liver,enlargment of the gall bladder,degeneration of cardiac musular fibers.Pathological lesions of subacute poisoning show degeneration,necrosis,inflammation and connective tissue poliferation of the liver, the striking enlargement of the heart and a large amount of ascites.When the livers of acute poisoning are made the observation with a transmission electron microscope, it is discoveres that the ribosomes of rough endoplasmic reticula pell, the smooth endoplasmic reticula expand,fat increases and mitochondria swell or empty.
