| 摘 要： | 研究了一维多重双势垒结构中电子共振隧穿效应，给出了透射系数和共振隧穿条件的解析表达式，数值计算并解释了随双势垒内外讲宽度差△ｄ变化的共振隧穿透射能谱，与对应的多重单势垒结构相比，这种多重双势垒结构显示出一些有趣的性质．

| Abstract: | The electron resonant tunneling (RT) in one-dimensional multiple double-barrier structures is studied theoretically. The analytical expressions of transmission coefficient and resonance condition are presented. The transmision energy spectra with variation of the difference between wells of the double barriers is calculated numerically and explained partly. In comparision with the correspondingmultiple single-barrier structures, the multiple double-barrier structures have some interesting features. |
