论高校学报编辑的心理承受能力

改革给科技期刊带来了生机与活力,也给广大编辑人员的心理和精神产生了正面影响.与此同时,高校学报编辑也面临着新的挑战.本文简述了对编辑的主观心理因素进行研究的意义,总结了当前对高校学报编辑的心理产生负面影响的三个主要原因.在此基础上,论述了这些负面影响对编辑及编辑工作产生的危害性,着重强调了高校学报编辑增强心理承受能力的必要性.提高其心理耐力,有助于编辑人员化消极因素为积极因素,做好本职工作.

A Discussion on Psychological Endurance of the Editors in the Colleges and Universities

The reform in our country has entrusted the lease of life and vatality to the scientific periodicals, and has had the positive effect on the psychology and mind of the editors. In the meantime the editors of the journals in the colleges and universities have also faced new challenge. This paper briefly narrates why the author studies the subjective psychological factor of the editors, summarises the three main causes which bring in the nega-tive effect on the editors of the journals in the colleges and universities at the present time. Furthermore, the paper discusses that the negative effects on the editors and the editor work result in harmfulness. The paper emphasizes the necessity that the editors enhance their psychological endurance. Improving their psychological endurance helps the editors to turn the negative fectors into the positive ones so as for them to do their own job.
