环境温度磷化钝化液的研制

为研制环境温度磷化钝化液，据低温磷化原理，降低磷化温度关键是选择适当的氧化性促进剂，在讨论了各种因素对成膜影响的基础上，确定磷化液的成分，主要含有Ｚｎ２＋、Ｍｎ２＋、ＮＯ３－、ＰＯ４３－，适量的Ｎｉ２＋、Ｔｉ３＋，以及表面活性剂、缓蚀剂、复合钝化剂等。在温度５～３０℃下，磷化钝化一步完成，方式采用浸渍式，时间５～２０ｍｉｎ。经两年多生产实践，该磷化液适用黑色金属漆前预处理。

On the basis of discussing the iufluence of various factors of the filming,the phosphorization liquid compositions are determined; It contains mainlg the following compositions, such as Zn2+, Mn2+,NO-3￣-, PO_4￣3, the suitable Ni2+ and Ti3+, the surface active agent, the corrosion moderator,and the complex passivation agent etc,The suitable temperature of phosphorization and passivation is 5～30℃,it is accomplished in one step,and use the immersion method,the time is 5～20min,Through the production practice more than two years,this phosphorization liquids are suitable for ferrous metal pre-treament before painting.
