摘    要:微波功率放大器是通信系统中的关键器件.这里描述了基于EDA技术下3.55GHz的可用于W-CDMA基站的微波功率放大器的设计方法.利用厂家提供的非线性模型进行仿真设计,通过直流仿真来确定其偏置,利用负载牵引技术来确定最佳输入输出阻抗,设计出输入和输出匹配网络.对整个设计进行测试,得到了具有高输出功率,一定效率的功率放大器,适用于线性基站应用.

Abstract:The microwave power amplifier is the key component in communication system.In this paper,the design method of microwave power amplifier for 3.55GHz W-CDMA base station was described based on EDA.The simulation was made according to the nonlinear model offered by the manufacturer.The bias was determined by DC simulation.The optimal source and load impedances were found with load-pull technology.Then the input-output matching network was designed.The test of the whole system indicate that this amplifier possesses high output power and better efficiency,which is applicable for linear base station.
