| 摘 要： | 分析了南通市陆源污染物现状 ,通过对比 1 998年污染物排放量和入海量 ,确定了污染物入海系数 ,计算出 2 0 0 0年污染物入海量 .并根据“碧海行动计划”的目标总量控制要求 ,求得 2 0 0 5年污染物的削减量 ,提出具体的削减措施 .本文提出的海域环境保护和污染防治的对策和建议是 ,以陆源污染物总量控制为主线 ,以生态环境建设为基础 ,加强海洋污染监测 ,科学决策 ,稳妥实施可持续发展战略 .

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the situation of land-source pollutant of Nantong, and suggests some strategies and suggestions of environment protection and pollution prevention. By comparing the discharged flux with entering-sea flux of year 1998, we get the "entering-sea parameter",then cal culate the entering-sea flux of year 2000. According to the "Bi-hai Project", the author calculates the cut flux o f pollutants in 2005, and put forward the methods for cutting pollutants flux. This article gives the suggestion that we should control total amount of pollutants, protect ecological environment, enhance the monitoring of marine pol lution, and execute sustainable development strategy. |
