Abstract:
A lot of important applications of nuclear technology in food industry including cereals,fruits,vegetables,condiments,meat and fishes,were expounded.The unique effect and value of unclear technology have especially been stressed.The principles of food irradiation are briefly explained,and the evidence and guarantee of wholesomeness of food irradiation were given.It shows that the nuclear technology used in modern food industry has its brillant prospects.
