摘    要:本文讨论了聚丙烯腈铸膜液中添加剂的种类及用量,PAN含量和温度,以及PAN-Cell共混液中纤维素含量等因素与膜的形态结构、微孔孔径、孔隙率、膜的截留率和水通量的关系.结果表明,上述诸因素对膜的结构和性能有明显的影响,可通过调节铸膜液的热力学条件,在较大范围内调整膜的结构和性能,为制得适用于多种用途的系列膜奠定基础.

Abstract:This paper is concerned with the relationship among such factors as species and contents of additives, polyacrylonitrile (PAN) content in PAN cast solutions, temperature of solutions, cellulose (Cell) content in PAN-Cell blended solution, etc. and the morphological structure of the membrane, microporous radius, porousity, rejection as well as water flux of the membrane. It is concluded that these factors have obvious influence on the structure and the performance of the membrane, which can be improved within a wide range by changing thermodynamical conditions of cast solutions. On this basis a series of useful membranes applied in many fields can be manufactured.
