| 摘 要： | 重点从寡糖的结构与寡糖的诱导性角度介绍了寡糖的概念、来源、结构与研究方法及近年来国内外在寡糖诱导抗性研究方面所取得的进展.评价了寡糖类诱导剂所具有的优势,也指出了寡糖诱导抗性作用机制、生理功能及其有效施用研究的不足.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the concept,source,structuree and study methods of oligosaccharide from the perspective of its structure and inducibility.It also lays emphasis on the latest development of the anti-disease study on oligosaccharide inducibility,and makes a comment on the advantagee of the inducibility.The functional system of the inducibility,physiological function and some shortcomings of the application study are also mentioned. |
