大位移井摆线轨道设计方法

摘    要:摩阻力和摩阻力矩是影响大位移井位移的主要因素 ,选择合适的轨道剖面可以减小摩阻力和摩阻力矩。基于最速降线原理 ,提出了一种大位移井摆线轨道设计的方法。利用此方法计算了井眼长度、起钻摩阻、滑动摩阻、摩阻力矩和井眼曲率 ,并与其他轨道剖面下的计算结果进行了对比。对比结果表明 ,在相同的设计条件下 ,与圆弧、悬链线、准悬链线轨道相比 ,摆线轨道的井眼长度最短 ,摩阻力和摩阻力矩较小。这种摆线轨道设计方法具有一定的应用价值

Abstract:According to the principle of the quickest dropping principle, a new type of trajectory named as cycloid trajectory was proposed, and a design method for the trajectory was also given. The well depth, frictional force, torque and curvature of the cycloid trajectory were calculated by using this method. The calculated results of the new method were compared with data from other trajectories with the same parameters. The analysis results show that cycloid trajectory has the lowest well depth as well as the lower friction and torque, compared with arc trajectory, catenary trajectory and pseudo-catenary trajectory under the same conditions. The new design method for cycloid trajectory may have a great application in practice.
