单井电阻加热采油技术研究

摘    要:根据电磁场理论、能量守恒原理和两相流原理,给出了单井电阻加热油藏的数学模型。利用数学模拟方法研究了油藏电导率和油层厚度对电热效率的影响以及电阻加热油藏中的温度分布问题,讨论了输入电功率对原油采收率的影响。数值计算结果表明,输入电功率越高,原油采收率增加的幅度越大,随着无因次油藏电导率的减小,电热效率提高,有效加热半径也增大。在电阻加热油藏工艺中应防止电极处出现温度过高的现象

Abstract:Electrical resistance heating (ERH) is a thermal stimulation technique, in which electrical power is converted into heat in the formation. Considering the theories of electromagnetic field, two phase fluid flow and conservation of energy, a mathematical model for analyzing ERH heating patterns in a single well is developed. Some numerical simulation results are obtained. A few of factors affecting on the electrical heating efficiency and the oil recovery efficiency are discussed. The numerical calculation shows that the oil recovery increases with the increase of input power, and the electrical heating efficiency and heated area can increase with the decrease of dimensionless conductivity of reservoir.
