| 摘 要： | 对Ｔｉ３Ａｌ—Ｎｂ合金中三元有序和二元有序Ｏ相的结构因数及消光规律进行了理论推导．结果表明．三元有序和二元有序Ｏ相的结构因数表达式不同。但具有相同的消光规律．探讨了用（１１０）和（０２０）的结构因数差别来鉴别三元有序和二元有序Ｏ相的方法．

| Abstract: | The structure factors and extinction law of O phases with ternary andbinary ordering in Ti3Al-Nb alloys were deduced theoretically. The results showthat the expression of the structure factor of O phase with ternary ordering isdifferent from that with binary ordering.However,the extinction law of the twotype of O phases is the same. The principle of distingushing between ternary andbinary ordered O Phases has been approached by examining the difference ofstructure factor between (110) and (020). |
