摘    要:对Ti3Al—Nb合金中三元有序和二元有序O相的结构因数及消光规律进行了理论推导.结果表明.三元有序和二元有序O相的结构因数表达式不同。但具有相同的消光规律.探讨了用(110)和(020)的结构因数差别来鉴别三元有序和二元有序O相的方法.

Abstract:The structure factors and extinction law of O phases with ternary andbinary ordering in Ti3Al-Nb alloys were deduced theoretically. The results showthat the expression of the structure factor of O phase with ternary ordering isdifferent from that with binary ordering.However,the extinction law of the twotype of O phases is the same. The principle of distingushing between ternary andbinary ordered O Phases has been approached by examining the difference ofstructure factor between (110) and (020).
