文化背景知识导入与大学英语听力教学

摘    要:语言与文化是不可分割的整体。由于外语教学长期以来对语言知识的偏重,导致学生对目的语文化背景知识认识不够而造成听力理解障碍。本文指出文化背景知识缺乏是导致听力技能难以提高的一个重要因素及成因,并提出了建议,旨在帮助教师将文化背景知识导入溶入大学英语听力教学。

Abstract:Language and culture are not separable.The deficiency of cultural background knowledge in listening teaching of college English hinders listening comprehension for too much emphasis has been put on language itself for quite a long time.Then the paper puts forward its causes and some specific suggestions on culture introduction in English listening classroom,which aims to help English teachers introduce cultural background knowledge in listening teaching of college English.
