发动机虚拟装配教学实验系统关键技术研究

摘    要:虚拟装配技术是虚拟现实技术在设计与制造领域的重要应用。在对虚拟装配的研究现状分析和总结的基础上,对发动机虚拟装配的关键技术和虚拟装配系统的实现方法进行了分析和研究,包括基于数据手套的虚拟手操作、实时碰撞检测、装配路径和装配顺序规划等问题。并首次提出了将虚拟装配与发动机教学实验相结合的虚拟发动机装配教学实验系统的构想。最后还展示了利用发动机三维可视化虚拟装配教学实验系统完成虚拟装配操作的实例,并分析了该虚拟装配教学实验系统与传统装配相比较的优势和特点。

Abstract:Virtual assembly technology is an important application of virtual reality technology in the fields of design and manufacture. Key technology of virtual engine assembly and the way to realize the virtual assembly system were analyzed and studied based on the analysis and summarize of the research actuality of virtual assembly, including the operation of virtual hand based on data glove, real-time collision detection, planning of assembly route and sequence, etc. The tentative of Virtual Engine Assembly Teaching Experiment System which combined the virtual assembly and experiment together was put forward. An instance of virtual assembly operation utilizing the virtual engine assembly system was demonstrated, and the advantage and characteristic were analyzed by comparing the virtual assembly system and traditional assembly in the end.
