水泥生料X萤光分析中元素间相互影响的研究

摘    要:
对利用X萤光分析水泥生料元素含量产生的元素间相互影响和测量数据的校正进行了研究,经分别采用直线法和卢卡斯-图思-派恩法的两种数学模型进行处理和分析的结果表明,后者的准确度优于前者,由此可校正元素间的相互影响,能使测量精度更好地满足生产的要求。

Abstract:
By means of FT IR spectroscopy,hydrogen bond between a type of the oxygen defect and the OH in hydroxyapatite ceramics has been studied.The defect makes the ceramic body colored,and it could be bleached when annealing in N 2 even in CO 2 at high temperature.After annealing,the hydrogen bonding is broken.It is deduced that the defect is double oxygen radical substituted for OH in HA.
