非λ/4膜系冷光膜的研究及应用

Abstract:A new focus method is presented. The focus accuracy is determined by cascade transfer function ( H 1*H 2) of microscope optical systems ( H 1) and camara optical system ( H 2). The noise of images is eliminated by homomorphic, and auto focus is then implemented quickly and accurately by the algorithm of maximum entropy.
