| 摘 要： | 中国古代谏议制对古代中国封建社会高度集中的君权起到了一定的制约作用，对皇帝的过失起到了一定的补偏纠弊的作用，同时对当今中国也具重要的启示。一方面，我们应加强对领导者的思想建设、官德建设。另一方面，我们也应加强制度建设，法制建设，在当前社会实行人法同治，这样不仅能形成良好的社会风气，而且对我们的政治制度建设及干部队伍建设会起到一定的促进作用。

| Abstract: | The ancient system of giving advice to the emperor of China was deeply characterized by the feudal rule of man .It really took effect to restrict the centralized monarchical power and remedy the emperor's errors.Mean- while, to a certain degree the comtemporary people of China gain enlighterment from it:we ought to strengthen the system and rule of law as well as the ideology and morality of leaders.It can not only become a good social mode but also promote the political system and leaders' team to put the rule of man and law into practice in the present situation. |
