| 摘 要： | 开展网络信息增值服务对于各个层次的图书信息机构都具有深刻的现实意义 ,文中论述了当前可以开展并需深入研究的 4种信息增值服务模式 ,包括基于信息集成的增值服务、基于信息重组的增值服务、基于信息中介的增值服务和基于信息订制的增值服务 .认为开展这些信息增值服务 ,必须优化 3个支撑条件 :以知识管理系统为典型的技术支撑条件 ,以学科馆员为代表的人才支撑条件以及以主动服务为特点的观念支撑条件

| Abstract: | Furnishing the value added services is vital to libraries of all kinds. It would even affect their survival and development in the networked era. Four models of the value added services were under investigation, which include the service based upon information integration, the service based upon information resorting, the service based upon intermediation between information and clients and the service based upon information ordering. To provide these new services, the libraries are supposed to optimize their technical facilities (especially by the application of the knowledge management system), the staffing condition (especially by fostering the discipline librarians) and the management guideline (especially with the active service patterns). |
